Vegasoo KYC Verification Process
Vegasoo runs KYC checks to confirm identity, address, and payment ownership before certain withdrawals and when account activity triggers compliance review.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Vegasoo requests a clear photo or scan of a valid passport or national ID. The file must show full name, date of birth, document number, issue/expiry dates, and the full photo page (no cropped corners). If Vegasoo asks for a selfie check, upload a selfie holding the same document, with the face and document details readable.
- Address proof: Vegasoo requests a document dated within the last 90 days that shows your full name and residential address. Accepted examples include a utility bill (electricity, water, gas), bank statement, or government letter. Screenshots without issuer details and edited PDFs get rejected.
- Payment method: For card deposits, Vegasoo requests a photo of the card to confirm ownership. Hide the middle digits, show the last 4 digits, cardholder name, and expiry date; hide the CVV code. If you used an e-wallet, Vegasoo requests a screenshot or statement page showing your name and the wallet account ID/email, plus the related transaction reference when asked.
Verification is required before the first withdrawal, when a withdrawal exceeds internal thresholds, when you change personal details (name, address), when you add or change a payment method, and when the system flags a login or transaction for security review.
Processing time is typically 1–24 hours after upload for standard checks, and up to 72 hours when the case needs manual review or documents must be resubmitted due to glare, blur, mismatch, or missing pages.
